PEEL EAT
An innovative multi-layer label paired with a digital app.
Peel Eat is a system that includes a product and a service such as a multi-layer label and a digital app. This combination aims to improve the communication strategy of the company in order to build the customers loyalty by giving the customers accessibility to easy-to-understand information and additional interactive contents.

Peel Eat comes from the need of giving greater importance to a visual communication strategy for the company CAMST, starting from its partnership with the startup Squat&Basilico. Entering as a new active part in a home food delivery market, it was extremely clear that they would have needed a study from a commercial and marketing point of view with attractive design to better reach their final customers. From some hints and insights collected through observation, self-identification and surveys, we developed Peel Eat.

Our idea includes both product and service: the focus was firstly on the study of a new design for the labelling of single-portion trays, changing the way they would be used by the final user and how they would interact with them. Afterwards, investigating a sector the company still didn’t take into consideration, we concentrated on the development of a mobile app for smartphones to further build a relationship of trust and belonging of the customer towards the company through the use of an intermediate device.
